Hey guys thanks for all the work.

What is SongKong?
Song Kong is an intelligent music tagger app designed to make the task of managing, organizing and cleaning up your digital music collection easyily.

Their website

SongKong is Java Based.  Java 8 required at this time.

The software is from a small independent developer who provides fantastic customer service.  A trial version is available and you can upgrade to paid versions with more features.
At this time they offer versions for macOS, Linux and Windows. The ability to run this headless on a NAS (Synology or other) would be a godsend.   Whilst extremely helpful the developer has no knowledge/experience with Docker.  I am not aligned with the developer either - just a user.

The great thing is they have a headless linux version that I believe would be great for a Docker container.

They have 2 headless versions.

Sorry I am not aware of the differences between the two options.

I have seen one a Container for this - it works but, it does not have the ability to have Group and UserID's as your other containers do.

FROM openjdk:8-jre-alpine

RUN apk add --no-cache ca-certificates curl tini \
&& mkdir -p /opt \
&& curl | tar -C /opt -xzf - \
&& find /opt/songkong -perm /u+x -type f -print0 | xargs -0 chmod a+x

RUN addgroup -S songkong \
&& adduser -S -G songkong songkong

USER songkong:songkong

ENTRYPOINT ["/sbin/tini"]

# VOLUME /opt/songkong/

# preferences and match database are stored here
VOLUME /home/songkong/.songkong

WORKDIR /opt/songkong

CMD /opt/songkong/

SongKong as installed puts it's configuration files/database in a directory .songkong

I am not aware of any other dependencies apart from Java.

Again thanks for the great work.
